How much should I expect to pay (as a base price) for the Vantage 42 by Metricon? We were told it starts at 400k (but not what that includes) and I later read on this website that someone ended up paying 700k which threw me off completely. I couldn’t afford that. Although I didn’t ask if that included land - this purchase for us would be just the house as we already bought land (in SA FYI).
I guess I’m just a little scared to sign a contract only to later be expected to cough up 70k more or worse, hundreds more
