G'day, first time using this site so see how this goes!
I've bought a house and am curious as to whether its existing block retaining wall can be painted another colour
It's a 'Heron' block by Austral Masonry, Limestone colour as pictured
Any suggestions on paint / method or contractors much appreciated
I'm in Brisbane

You can paint it but unless the other side of the wall has been coated in waterproofing membrane or paint and there is some sub-surface drainage as well then the moisture seeping through the blockwork will eventually push the paint off the blocks.
