Can anyone please advise me what would be the cost of installing stackstones to the fascade columns? It’s roughly 15 m2 including both fascade columns.
My builder advised me that i am not entitled to tile rendering in the front fascade columns but only normal rendering. The tender document says standard fascade rendering up to 50 m2 included. Initially we spoke about it and was advised that they would install it but now the words are changing gradually. I was thinking that if i have to do it, what would be the cost of installation as i have already selected a stackstones tile which would roughly cost me $660 for 15 m2. I really want to render the piers with stackstones. Please suggest guys!

IMO, metal posts would look like a… 1 2645 I may be comparing Apples with Oranges but piers for my slab were much cheaper than this.
