Melbourne. For soundproof reasons it will be RWAR (room within a room) with a floating floor. A lot of tricky angles and airtight caulked joints with no thin or weak spots anywhere. The nearest thing would be Home Theatre builds, which seem to be fairly popular these days. Can anyone suggest a registered builder that has the appropriate skill and experience?
