Not much more for the 6.6kW system, as it's a 5kW inverter (The expensive but, along with labour), with just a few more panels, which are cheap. But it also depends on location. Although there's a federal rebate, some states offer additional rebates. Especially Victoria, where a 5kW system is about $3,500 I believe. Difficult installations add to the cost a bit. Especially if you have shading, or require more than two orientations, as microinverters (which are more expensive) need to be used. Double storey roofs also add a bit to the cost.
