LOL just in case things turn ugly during the build 4.Put up site info ie, surveys,contours , site classifications, Storm water, links, Colour selections, construction photos, details of stage visits, etc 5.Link questions/queries back into your Build/reno thread eg, topic-> Concrete->Building new House 6.There are New home Builders here that keep building over an over again learn from them... 7.You need to keep one step ahead of your Build with questions, details, inspections and compliance checks, remember people make mistakes only a few are deliberate. 8. with reference to 7. above Mistakes can be costly and rarely do people remember what was done on your build 12 months down the track back to 1. start a new thread and keep it updated 9.
