Just starting to build with MJH

Hi I was wondering if anyone here has built a MJH in the Southern Highlands.
We have our colour selection as well as external selections this week. We have signed our 1st tender and are happy with our experience so far with questions and queries taken into consideration.
Our land has not registered yet however we hope to be well on the way as soon as we can.
Any suggestions very much appreciated. 😊

Hi there, we are building at Colo Vale building the Eaton with a few variations. We are right at the very beginning but very exciting so far. What about you.?

Do something unique.

Because they're building their home.

I am curious why you feel the need to comment on someone’s decision to build a project home and wonder if you are an amazing builder or architect who would like the opportunity to create a unique home? If this is the case I wish you all the best and hope you get the opportunity to do so.
Me however, am more than happy with my decision and like you we all have the right to our own opinion. I am a very positive person and prefer not to be negative or put people down or make negative comments for their individuals decisions.
I will remain positive and enjoy my excitement building what I think is my perfect home.

We are waiting for our block to register in Bingara Gorge Wilton.... its a golf lot so out backyard has views of the golf course. We will be building the miami 16 exec or the seaside retreat.

Have you chosen a plan yet?

Hi sorry for the delay, yes we will be building the Eaten but with modifications eg 3rd garage and bigger alfresco etc. what stage are you up to we are still to sign contracts yet.
