It's in the same state as the builder but waaay outside the area they operate in. People have suggested to get someone to draft it up but realistically that is illegal and don't want the hassle when invariably a tradie recognises the design type thing. Anyone got a semi educated guess as to what the builder may charge, if they will release them at all? A quick chat to the legal eagle mate has suggested that even if they don't want to sell plans, it's not uncommon in circumstances like this to pay them a commission type thing and get a letter saying it's all above board if I get them drafted myself.
