I am the second owner though but the house was built in 2018 so still under warranty. Just wondering how you resolved your issue in the end? Did you go through insurance at all? I had leak again in the last rain. Builder tried to deviate me towards insurance. Just couple more emails and few pics, made them accept the issue and fixed it like week ago.
