When there is a flooding event, they recommend sand bagging the bottom of doors to stop water getting through. My question is, if the flood level was higher than the sand bags, can water penetrate through the actual door to the inside of the premises? Would taping the perimeter edges of the door, with water proof tape, stop water getting through. We had 71ml of rain over an hour! Thanks.
