Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 28, 2020 9:23 am Recently moved into a property built by Sunland Group which didn't even have roof insulation (left in rolls in the roof), kitchen bench was not aligned to the house, LAN/phone/TV ports not correctly wired, and a lot of wear and tear. Contacted Sunland Group who didn't want to take responsibility so will be contacting the Fair Trading next. Looks like just another developer trying to make quick profits at the cost of the customer. How are these builders getting building certificates for their properties? All 3 items listed are defects and are of concern.
