There are a few posts from other members who have already built their homes with BBH. Just search for 'BBH' or 'Astoria' and you will find a few. Are you building with them too? What area are you building in ? Re: Anyone building or built with Better Built Homes? 4Jan 29, 2020 6:23 am We chose BBH because of the standard inclusions range, and their upgrade promotion. We also loved the display house because it didn't feel like all of the other project cookie cutter houses. It had a bit of architecture and points of difference. Our build hasn't started yet, we are KDR and have tenants in the current house until November. Building in Peakhurst. How was your experience with them as far as the admin side of things? I am also planning to do a KDR and considering BBH. Could I ask which demolition company you are going thru? Yes we are still proceeding with our build. We have our flooring appointments and electrical coming up this month. Admin side has been great, no problems for us. We are not in a rush and haven’t started our build yet but haven’t had any problems so far. We haven’t demolished yet either.
