We also loved the display house because it didn't feel like all of the other project cookie cutter houses. It had a bit of architecture and points of difference. Our build hasn't started yet, we are KDR and have tenants in the current house until November. Building in Peakhurst. Hi Lazychef, Could you please let me know if you are still proceeding with BBH? How was your experience with them as far as the admin side of things? I am also planning to do a KDR and considering BBH. Could I ask which demolition company you are going thru? Yes we are still proceeding with our build. We have our flooring appointments and electrical coming up this month. Admin side has been great, no problems for us. We are not in a rush and haven’t started our build yet but haven’t had any problems so far. We haven’t demolished yet either. Hi Lazychef, Have you made progress with the process? Could you please share your experience since the last post? Cheers wondering anyone built with omaxe homes and care to share their experiences. thanks 0 8850 I think the proposal that a supply and demand curve are a natural law are well exaggerated. Wages never seem to follow this curve, and also prices for supply are sticky… 18 20194 brokers will also be in a position to get you a better rate than the advertised rate most times. 6 6109 |
