We also loved the display house because it didn't feel like all of the other project cookie cutter houses. It had a bit of architecture and points of difference. Our build hasn't started yet, we are KDR and have tenants in the current house until November. Building in Peakhurst. Yes we are still proceeding with our build. We have our flooring appointments and electrical coming up this month. Admin side has been great, no problems for us. We are not in a rush and haven’t started our build yet but haven’t had any problems so far. We haven’t demolished yet either.
