Based on what I read about Jan’s situation I think you may not be the only customer with concerns that have been discussed with their directors. Jan makes an interesting observation about the validity of the many 5 star review there. I suggest you keep accurate records of what they say to you. Ideally keep everything in writing. One method is to write back to them Privately by registered mail detailing the phone conversations exactly Word for word or qualifying non verbatim comments with ‘words to the effect of’ then asking them to respond and confirm that’s what they said for everyones clarity. Your detailed records may assist with resolution either directly with Granvue Homes or via the appropriate authorities. Social Media is powerful in the building industry. Granvue Homes should be keen to present a positive image of themselves on social media fixing problems etc therefore give them the opportunity to do the right thing by you and then share your (hopefully) good experiences widely on social media.
