Help in buying house and land package please.

Hi guys , I am new here and hoping to gain some clarity regarding buying land. We r first time h&l buyers. We got the plans for 2 parcels of land. One is 307 Sqm. Another one is , which v prefer is 320 Sqm. However this one has"common drainage pipeline and roof drainage junction "
I would like to know-
What does this mean?
How will it affect our property?
Does any one has this on their property? And have u experienced anything negative from it?

P.S. I am attaching screenshots of lot 30. Measuring 320 sqm.

I might be wrong but there may be a drain at the corner of the block. Doesn’t indicate an easement at the back either as there is on lot 29.

The common pipe is a minor problem for this block . . . . . unless you want to build right up to the back corner.

Approximatly half of all blocks would have this problem but but with block 30 its only the corner thats afected rather than right across the back.

We went there to c the land and it has a big electric tower on the opposite side. So, not buying the land
