We are just about to start the process of selecting colours etc for our new Simonds home.
Our last house we had solid timber floors which I loved, but that is not an option in our new house.
I'm not a fan of carpet due to dust/dirt.
Would like Engineering Timber but I think that may be too expensive.
What flooring did you select / how much extra was it / has it been easy to maintain ?
Thanks in advance
