I am building a new 2 story home in QLD with a project builder. As per their standard design, to comply with the NCC windows to the upper floor are fitted with restrictors to stop the window opening more than 125mm.
However I do not want this because I want maximum ventilation throughout the house. Has anybody come up with solutions to avoid needing the restrictor?
What are my options?
