I am new here but had been following various posts for months. We are buying a property that is move- in ready built by Mcdonald Jones NSW.
We are first home buyers and quite clue less of what certificates to ask them during the settlement. We have paid a private building inspector to check the house with only cosmetic issues noted.
We still have 90 day cosmetic repairs inclusion after we move in the house which I think is very nice given we it’s already been ready for a few months.
I hope you guys can help us what to watch out for before we finally move in. Thank you Kindly 🤓
