That being said, we cannot calculate the angles of the neighbor's windows for overlooking issues etc. Do we still have to have our first floor windows obscured? BTW, we are under City Of Casey ( South East area)If i have checked the regulation act 84, it does't state anything about this situation. Does anyone know if we still have to have our windows obscured? Just ask for clear windows with obscured window film (or state that you will apply film to meet regulations). This passes inspection(as long as they are on). But you can then peel it off afterwards. If anyone complains later, re-tint.
