I had a few questions listed below:
- The previous skirting is nailed into the floor, when I remove it there will be holes that the new skirting won't hide. What would be the best way to fix this? I imagined putty but then how would I seal it?
- I have only applied skirting to gyprock. I am now going into cement render/brick. What is the best way to apply to the wall? Once on there would I bead some silicone where the skirting meets the wall or no need?
- For the external and internal corners do I need to join on 45-degree angles or no need if the skirting is flat/rectangle?
