I don’t know much about builds - is this anything to be concerned about? Should I raise it in my 90 day follow up period with my builder? Look for settlement cracks in corners. Take lots of photos. Read the guide to standard and tolerances. You can download from VBA website . Read your warranty docs. Structural warranty is 10 years, the guide will let you know what is within tolerance. At your 90 day maintenance mention everything you notice. Start keeping a list.
