Has anyone got title insurance?
Do you think its worth while?
For anyone who doesn't know what it is....
It can be used for a residential home buyer, title insurance will cover risks like:
Title defects and planning errors
Illegal additions and building work
Outstanding council rates and water rates
Non-compliance with existing zoning and planning laws
Third-party claims on the land
Survey and boundary defects etc
