Has anyone changed their Lane locks after handover. Our seems a bit flimsy and even when the door is locked it does seem secure. We want to install the back to back Omni trilock by Gainsborough. Has anyone installed new locks? If so did you have to patch up your door? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi GLO We are also thinking about changing ours to the Samsung Digital Locks after handover. Did you end up getting these and how was the installation? Thanks

I had Wisdom install their mortise lock in the lower locations as if there was to be a bar handle.

This will then allow me to install the digital door lock at the traditional door height.

Hi Following on my previous message I've noticed by reading your blog that you have used Houspect Building Inspections, is this something you considered of value, recommended or a 'must' after you experience with Wisdom?
