Storm water bore hole.

Hi Folks,
Has anyone ever known or done a bore hole deep into the water table and piped Storm water in. Probably a silly question but needed to ask.

Cheers
Kev
Councils do what is known as an aquifer storage and recovery. Basically stormwater is cleaned in a reed bed then pumped underground at high pressure. In summer they pump it back for watering parklands and the like.
You won't get a license to do that. Bores need approval.

Thanks Mike,
I thought it may be a big operation. It's a shame there isn't a smaller residential version.
Hi, can anyone recommend someone who designs stormwater charged system for a sloping block.
Thanks in advance
There is something called a Soak Well which can be used in certain conditions.

They are very popular in WA where they work very well on sandy soils.
