Was looking at green foilboard as I don't like fibre insulation as it is a mouse attractant. Also is condensation an issue as foilboard is non permeable, or do I go with something like AIR CELL permifloor draped over the bearers so I can glue the hebel to the joists? The subfloor will be 2.4m off the ground so I want it to look ok, and we have BAL 29. Do I do something and then sheet with cement board?
