We are not happy because slabs for fro t verandah and rear paved deck are not down, no hot water service installed yet, and no electrical fittings or switches. Who is your builder? Generally if you have a progress payment say for the electrical stage 90% could be completed for them to ask for payment. The outstanding 10% might be because they are needing to tie in with other things like aircon or hot water system or they are waiting for fans etc Some builders will have a special condition that gets around completion requirements for stage payments.
