Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 18, 2008 10:30 pm Oay so we really have missed something...
Those building with PD are you getting them to do your drvieway as an extra in your contract or did you do with someone else? Can anyone give me a ball park figure on colured driveways... Appreciate your help. Sound about right? Re: PD Driveway Question 3Sep 19, 2008 10:42 am I believe that if you choose a house/land package with PD, you get the allowance for the driveway and fences (as mikkyG mentioned).
we built on our own land so we didn't get this allowanced from PD nor did we get them to do it (we found that anything outside of the normal with them was quite expensive). we did it ourselves ... only a small driveway (5m x 4m or something like that) and it cost around $2,500. Coloured with a pattern in it. Re: PD Driveway Question 5Sep 19, 2008 8:37 pm thanks guys...we went into a bit of a panic but i guess we will find out all of the details at contact on Monday, but i appreciate your comments. Control joints may reduce ugly cracking during periods of soil… 3 7403 |
