Is it better to go with them and or source the tiles ourselves and have a tiler fit them after handover. They are offering 450 x 450 non-rectified but we prefer to have 600 x 600 rectified - this is coming in at a whopping $4,000 extra. I know other builders offered it to us for $600-900 extra so I'm not sure why they have such a huge increase... Any advice would be appreciated.
