building contract - cooling off

hi,

I am in a situation where I have signed the HIA building contract ( on 6th may ) with a builder and have submitted it back to the builder for him to sign it.

my question is,

1- Am I still in cooling off? ( living in South Australia)

2- Did my cooling off started on 7th May? Or will it start when I will receive the signed contract from the builder. I was told by my sales consultant that I will receive the signed contract by post once it is signed by his manager.
