We were thinking about having another draftsman do the working drawings up. Are these plans deemed legally ours at this stage? But I guess it depends on what your contract with the draftsman says - you signed a contract with them, right? Sometimes there will be a clause that even though the drawings remains the property of the draftsman, you are entitled to use the drawings to develop further or for the builder to use.
