I got it through ANZ & ST George.

Only NAB is doing valuation same as purchase price. With rest of the Bank, it came 30 to 40k less which is not good which I have to just consider NAB for loan options which is offering higher loan interest rate.

I heard 300Sqm lots are doing fairly well currently and bigger lots are taking a hit. My agent is getting it evaluated by Bankwest as well. I will update once that is done.

A friend of mine has it negatively assessed by Bankwest - the valuer was Opteon.

As per my conversation with the sales guys - very likely to be the first week of June as release followed by 2 weeks of settlement time.

I got a similar reply from the sales folks today. Also, a reminder mail to be ready with finances.

Out finance broker has done evaluation with CBA and NAB. Could you share your bank so it will be very helpful. Now, we are stuck to arrange the extra money as the evaluation went negative.
