The house plan that we are looking to go with ( the plan was suggested by the builders) is one that they currently donβt build any more. They get the kitchens from China. So for us th build the house we have had to get a quote to do the kitchen with a local company. They will only use one kitchen company. The quote has come in above what they allocate for kitchens, my question is do you think itβs fair we have to pay the extra?
