It has not been a smooth process that is for sure! everytime we visit our site there is a new stuff up. What we want to know is, can the builders claim PC before OC? They are trying to claim PC so that they can get their fund released sooner, although in our OC council condition we have to plant 4 mature trees. They say they are not in charge of landscaping so they want PC asap. What is your experience and thoughts on this matter? We need some landscaping and driveway for the oc which our builder is not responsible for. So we will get the temp oc and then after handover we will get the full one.
