Anyone building with Home Buyers Centre Victoria low deposit

Good morning all,

I was hoping to find some others building with Home Centres that are using their low deposit initiative.

My partner and I (both 21 y/o) are first home buyers. We are looking for any useful information in regards to the low deposit stuff, or really any useful tips or information!

Obviously such a big step and want as much help as we can get.

Anything in terms of payment timelines, things to be avoiding, things to ask about. ANYTHING ahaha.
