I am doing a demolition and my neighbour, decided it would be a good time for him to start knocking over his house as well. Albeit - we are in a heritage area and I went through a lot of pain to get all my permits ect. Granted he is only doing a renovation and building a double story up the back, but his cleared about 1/3rd of his physical house. With no approval, no permits, no building/demo permits. I can’t imagine this would fly to well with council... what would be the consequences of such actions? I could of saved a lot of time and hassle to do the same thing... Located in Melbourne.
