I have also never had staging cost between $2-4K for a standard 28 day auction campaign. Cost for a large 4 br home has been between $8-10k Re: Home Staging for property sale 4Mar 02, 2019 1:51 pm Manhattan52 Depends on the company you are using to be honest. I have just been searching online and found some of the following: Decor2sell.com.au Designstoinspire.com.au Wow I thought $2-4k is already expensive. Is the price from $8k full staging? We already have furniture and maybe just add a few (side tables etc) as well as rugs and wall arts. The house is well maintained and sparkling clean but I'm not good at interior decorating so unsure if home staging will help to make the house more appealing. I have done a full stage of a 3br apartment for $25k with Coco Republic. Depends on your price point in which you are selling but staging helps your place be aspirational to buyers which can help not only get you a great price but also a quick sale. They will come in and see what you have and see what they need to do to compliment your home. The prices from those suppliers are extremely reasonable. Just make sure their style or furnishings suit your type of house. Good Luck! I'll shop around and will see which one's good and suits our budget too. If you are in Victoria you have a statutory right to your own building inspector regardless of builder's consent.
