I'm just not sure how strong fc sheets are as far as supporting loads. Thinking about pairing a 9mm Marine Ply sheet with a 4.5mm Fc Sheet so the ply can have slight movement under the fc sheet and hopefully won't affect the fc sheet on top that it is fixed to. And maybe attaching those two together with some sort of rubberised thin set tile adhesive, if you the same stuff I would use to lay the tiles.
