Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 14, 2019 11:07 pm i'm currently building in a block of 4 allotments. the builder next door removed the survey peg when digging a trench for electrical service. My builder has charged me for surveying my block, Am i right to recover the cost from the builder next door who removed the peg ? I have email from the builder admitting that he done it.
