Hi first post for me! We are going to build on 100 acres in the Southern Highlands NSW, and are having trouble finding a house to suit the large land. Anyone have any ideas on companies,we love the rural building company, who unfortunately only build in WA, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated TIA

You have already done this, but we went to all of the nearest display homes, grab all the advertising promos from all the builders we liked, and write down note on those so as to not get confused e.g how much roughing to extend kitchen, bedrooms etc. asked the sales staff a ton of questions, take lots of photos.
Then my wife and I would look over this in the evenings and discuss. Eventually we found the right house and builder. Our budget was over $500k ,that's gives a lot of options.
We chose a huge house that base price was about $350k, but used the rest of budget towards upgardes such as tiles, carpet, air-con, led lights ceiling fans, making larger rooms, better kitchen., really important to leave ur self with a healthy budget for those upgrades, after all it supposed to be ur dream home.
