Any idea memebers??
It seems very odd and I wouldn’t think legally they could force you out of the contract. Generally speaking (in QLD) only the buyers can rescind a contract and only if there are clauses in place eg building/pest. Definitely speak with your solicitor tomorrow but perhaps post the question on the Whirlpool forums. It’s a lot more active and you’ll probably get more responses.

No they can’t get out of it.
Don’t let them out either. You either take possession on the settlement date, or you can sell it back to them at any price you demand.
Don’t stress another second, it’s your home.
Maybe they’re hoping the new owners won’t fight it if their solicitor isn’t involved?

thanks Chippy, i hope they have applied sealer but i am doubt to be honest, so i am gonna do this job after handover.
