Hi All, first of all Happy New Year! We are planning KDNR @ inner-east Melbourne and was hoping to hear your experience with either of these 3 builders which we have narrowed down based on the layout and affordability. UE (Larne 39), PD (Madison 40), Henley (Aegean 38). How was the quality and timeframe to complete build? Thanks in advance !

Just beware of urban edge which is owned by burbank Group I'd stay away from that one or Burbank they are not to be trusted. If you want a good home, well at the end of the day you get for what you pay for so beware any of the Burbank group homes defects are built into your home. The also have there own plumbing and Electrical company as I found out by pure accident none of the compliance Certificates were never lodged, what they give you at hand over is not what has been lodged. If they have not been lodged chances are you are not insured as I found out. Please beaware
