The other day l looked under the house with the torch and l saw about 5 large long thick metal beams stretching the length of the house horizonal , with vertical metal posts underneath holding them up. l think the long horizontal beams are called the support beams, they were black and l noticed a slight of coat red rust starting to form on them. Is that something to worry about or is a bit of rust normal. They were very thick so l guess it would be hard for rust to hurt them much or am l wrong?
