We've bought a rear block in Hilton and the plan they have shown us fits most closely with our lifestyle and budget. They seem to have the biggest list of inclusions too.
The other builder we have been chatting to is B1 homes. We like the design they've got for us, but I'm worried that they don't seem to recognise that our budget is very fixed. The sales consultant is talking about $5k likes it's pocket change, which it isn't for us!
I'd love any experiences with either builder, or some wisdom for people about to build their first house!
