Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 28, 2018 9:36 pm Hi, Can anyone recommend who they went through to build and investment property in Warragul? I'm looking at a 530sqm block, and I am thinking Simonds Express looks good, price is $205,000 for a 4,2,2 including driveway but not much else, would still have to pay for flyscreens, air con ect. The estate (Waterford Rise) comes with fencing and engineered site levels already. I met with Simonds Sales rep 29/11/2017. Signed house build Contract 29/1/2018 Its now 2/10/2018....House has now been built and i'm still waiting for Simonds to get off their A$$ and sort out the Occupancy Permit and hand it over. My 2 cents = Stay away from Simonds. You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16127 Ask for some kickplate to be added and also for tradies to be requested to use lanyards on tools on that side of the building. Be respectful and have the discussion… 1 1685 The setback from the kerb is 4m. It is council land to provide an area for services like sewer main, gas mains, water mains, underground power or poles for overhead power,… 4 2387 |
