Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 28, 2018 10:36 pm Hi, Can anyone recommend who they went through to build and investment property in Warragul? I'm looking at a 530sqm block, and I am thinking Simonds Express looks good, price is $205,000 for a 4,2,2 including driveway but not much else, would still have to pay for flyscreens, air con ect. The estate (Waterford Rise) comes with fencing and engineered site levels already. Re: Building investment property in Warragul 2Oct 02, 2018 4:04 pm The advertised 18 week time frame for Simonds Express home builds is an under statement to say the least... I met with Simonds Sales rep 29/11/2017. Signed house build Contract 29/1/2018 Its now 2/10/2018....House has now been built and i'm still waiting for Simonds to get off their A$$ and sort out the Occupancy Permit and hand it over. My 2 cents = Stay away from Simonds. The estate Covenants (design requirements) must be included in the land contract. If you purchased a resale block then the vender is required to provide/include a copy… 2 9194 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 12941 Ask for some kickplate to be added and also for tradies to be requested to use lanyards on tools on that side of the building. Be respectful and have the discussion… 1 733 |
