Roland Garros Crescent Kellyville

Anyone else building on Roland Garros Crescent Kellyville? We have just purchased land and started investigating homes for our sloping block. Any tips / recommendations appreciated. TIA.

just be carefull about big name builders. They take the deposit for Tender but not going ahead with the Build if there is a slope. I lost $1000 in deposit with Clarendon.

Oh no, that's really poor form from Clarendon. It seems a lot of builders pretty much say anything to get you to sign the tender and then add on extra costs later. We have a 2m slope across the building envelope and have had a huge range of additional costs from different builders. Best of luck!
