We loved it too but unfortunately doesn’t fit on ur block so we decided to go with a modified Capri 25 with Hampton Facade. Waiting on first tender letter. I love your color selection. Do you remember how much upgrade you did at the color selection. . Thanks 😊 Oh_Coral Hello Homeoners! I joined the Forum in February of this year and have been patiently waiting for the highly anticipated Build Start Date! Since joining, I have been reading and perusing most Coral Home builds/topics, which in itself has been wonderful to witness and thoroughly insightful - so thank you BACK STORY: It was always Coral Homes from the onset, although we did have a peek at Clarendon Homes, but decided Coral Homes was better bang for buck. Initially we decided on the Capri 25, then the Noosa 23 MKII then finally the Santorini 27 MKII after our Sales Consultant suggested we view the Santorini Dsiplay. Ooooh the Hamptons Facade is gorgeous! I failed to mention our facade is the Designer (standard) Facade Re: SANTORINI 27 MKII - CORAL HOMES 4Aug 09, 2018 6:17 pm Thanks. Wow 12.500$ As I will be visiting their showroom Saturday I am not sure how much we should budget for that. Is Coral standard very bad ? We wanted a simply facade but our estate requires a full render at front so we decided to spend few more $ compare to the Mornington and at least go for something nicer Re: SANTORINI 27 MKII - CORAL HOMES 5Aug 09, 2018 6:29 pm ethan870 Thanks. The biggest costs were the bricks upgrade, carpet and roller blinds. The rest of the upgrades were quite readonable Re: SANTORINI 27 MKII - CORAL HOMES 6Aug 09, 2018 6:33 pm Good to know. At least having the Hampton will save some money for the bricks. How can I know what's included with Coral standard once I am there. Will they be able to tell me or is a guess ? By any chance do you remember how much carpet upgrade did cost ? Sorry for all the questions Re: SANTORINI 27 MKII - CORAL HOMES 7Aug 09, 2018 6:37 pm ethan870 Good to know. Your Colour Consultant will give you a guesstimate on the day (which is almost accurate). Ask away 😄 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4357 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74717 |
