Gutters & Downpipes

Hi
I have been approached by a new next door neighbour who tells me that a downpipe from my property has been installed and discharges onto her backyard. This downpipe has been in existence I assume since the house was built in 2008. What recourse would I have with the builder PINDAN ? I have just emailed them explaining the problem. Any thoughts on this topic ?? Thanks in advance....

It wouldn't be worth the hassle of fighting over it anyway. Are you on stormwater drainage or soak wells? If it is a real hassle having a connection done, maybe you could buy a small water tank or even pick up a cheapie off Gumtree and have that slowly drain somewhere.
