I agree - depends where you build. I am in Perth and the slab went down in Feb. We're now around 7 weeks from handover, so it has really flown. Back when we were planning it, we thought it would be wise to have some wiggle room as some people in 2016-17 were saying it took around a year to build. In a new estate, building with Summit, it's going so fast that we'll still have around 5-6 months left on our lease!
